CHARITABLE DONATIONS

LIONS CLUB ENDOWMENT FUND

The purpose of this fund is to make distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under the Internal Revenue Code section 501 (c) (3).

In addition to supporting charitable and educational activities, this fund is also intended to accumulate assets for the Lexington Lions Club so the charitable activities may continue even if income from the Lexington Lions Bluegrass Fair should be lost.

Donations made to this fund can be used as an income tax deduction by the donating individual.

LIONS CLUB CHARITY FUND

This purpose of this fund is making
distributions to organizations that do not qualify as exempt organizations under
the Internal Revenue Code section 501 (c) (3) but provide important charitable
services to the community regardless.

Donations made to this fund cannot be
used as an income tax deduction by the donating individual.
